Usage Instructions
  • An additional fee (10,000 won per hour) will be incurred if the product exceeds the basic usage time stated in the product.
  • For safe and enjoyable use, please be aware of the rules and precautions on the website.
  • If you have a lot of customers, you may not be able to enter immediately due to 'admission restrictions' for pleasant use.
  • The hours of use and the operation of the facility may vary depending on the on-site situation, so please check the details related to the use in advance.
  • The facility and the seller are not responsible for any disadvantages incurred in reselling or purchasing from an unauthorized seller.
  • You can take a bath when wearing a swimsuit or rash guard at Cheongsudang (outdoor spa).
    • Only foot baths are available when wearing poultice clothes. (*No general cotton shirt/cotton pants bath)
  • For your safety, tube-type life vests without buoyancy cannot be used. (Including air-injectable aids worn on the arms)
  • For safe and enjoyable use, the following items are restricted.
    • Food, mats, all glass-based products, snorkel equipment (including snorkel goggles), flippers, diver masks, pets, large water play equipment (more than 1m in width and length), strollers, wagons, carts, carts (wheeled vehicles), etc. (*You may also be requested to bring in items other than the above that hinder the safety and full hygiene of customers.)
  • All outside food is prohibited. Please keep your food in the food storage.
    • Please request special meals for children's infants and some eating disorders (allergic, etc.) customers separately from the information agent.
    • All alcoholic beverages are prohibited when entering, and alcoholic beverages sold in the facility are only available in designated places.
  • In the case of internal experience facilities, use is restricted if you do not wear designated clothes according to the characteristics of the model.
    • Body slide: Rashguard, swimsuit with metallic and plastic hooks, leggings T-shirt (material unanswered), swimsuit with metal and beach pants, and restrictions on use when wearing wrap skirts
    • Tube-type slides: Restrictions on use of clothing that may cause bodily harm, such as swimsuits, earrings, necklaces, piercings, bracelets, hats, glasses, sunglasses, etc. with sharp ornaments
  • Guests with infectious diseases are not allowed to enter for safe water play.
  • Children and the elderly may be at risk of injury and may be restricted from using some amusement facilities.
  • According to the enforcement regulations of Article 4, Paragraph 7 of the Public Health Management Act, men and women over the age of 4 (48 months) are not allowed to enter the bath room and changing room together.
  • People who engage in acts that harm drinkers and others are not allowed to enter, and use may be restricted.
  • Guests with excessive tattoos that may cause disgust to others may be restricted from entering and using them, so please wear outerwear or follow the guidance of the employee.
Cautions
  • You must wear a hat when using the water park.
    • Only swim caps, baseball caps, and hoods that completely cover your hair are permitted.
  • You must wear aqua shoes (specialized shoes for water play) when using the water park.
    • Do not wear : Crocs, dress shoes, sneakers, sandals, slippers, flip-flops, etc.
    • We are not responsible for any slipping accidents caused by not wearing aqua shoes. Therefore, please wear them for your safety.
  • You must wear swimwear when using the water park.
    • Specialized water sports clothing, such as wake pants and rash guards, is also permitted.
    • You are not permitted to enter the water wearing street clothing.
    • Swimwear is sold at the Aqua Shop (5th floor). We do not offer a separate swimsuit rental service.
  • Children under 10 and the elderly must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • Please warm up thoroughly before playing in the water. Water play is physically demanding, so be sure to take a 10-minute break after every 50 minutes.
  • If your body temperature drops, immediately exit the water and rest with a towel to maintain body temperature, or use a warm indoor space.
  • Life jackets are required for use in the wave pool, and are mandatory for all guests under 120cm tall.
  • We are not responsible for damage to swimsuits during the slides or for accidents caused by guest negligence.
  • In accordance with the enforcement regulations of Article 153 of the Commercial Act (Liability for Valuables), we are not responsible for theft or loss of valuables not stored in the safe.
  • Sunbed rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Group discounts are available for groups of 20 or more, and cannot be combined with other discounts or affiliated cards.
  • Group reservations must be made in advance through the staff. (Same-day group admission is not permitted / For more information, call 1566-8007.)
  • Please refrain from diving in the water, as it is dangerous. Please walk slowly and refrain from running as the indoor area is slippery. Children, in particular, should be cautious of their safety.
  • Those with epilepsy, skin disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, hypothermia, pregnancy, or menstruation should refrain from swimming. Club Dioasis is not liable for any accidents.
  • Children under 3 years of age must wear waterproof diapers or swimwear specifically designed for children (available at the Aqua Shop).
  • If you lose your locker key (electronic key), please report it to staff immediately and pay a loss fee of 25,000 won.
  • Lost items are stored for 7 days from the date they are found. After this period, they may be disposed of.
