- Customers under 120cm in height, those under the influence of alcohol, and elderly customers (65 years and older) are not allowed to use the facility.
- Please actively cooperate with the lifeguards' instructions.

- Please use the facilities according to the standard number of people.
- Reservations can be made through the website until one day in advance. If there are no existing reservations, on-site reservations are also possible (at the 4F rental shop).
- To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please adhere to your reserved time.
- After previous guests leave, there will be approximately 30 minutes needed for cleaning and preparation of the cabanas and immune workshops.
- Please adhere to your reservation schedule, as cancellations on-site are not allowed.
